Learn To Be Alone Sometimes

Having company from friends , family and colleagues is one of the most nicest feeling on earth but as the saying goes, "Too much of everything is bad". There is a difference between loneliness and being alone. Loneliness is a state of mind where you feel dejected but being alone is a decision. If you want to be an achiever and not a talker, you need to learn how to be alone sometimes because it is sometimes in being alone that we get ideas, solutions , answers etc.


When you are alone, you are left with yourself, your body, spirit , soul and nature. It is in being alone that you become true with yourself considering self assessment and tracking of goals. I am able to do a lot of work especially when I am alone with no disturbances. It saves me much time and keeps me focused.


When you learn to be alone sometimes, you will be surprised how much work you will put in your goals and how much you will protect yourself, goals and ideas from dream killers.


Anytime you find people around you, you would have to sacrifice time to keep them company or help achieve a friend or a colleagues goal but imagine how your life is likely to end up if you are always sacrificing your time and helping others achieve their goals at the expense of yours?
