In Africa, Christmas is when a lot of businesses go on break. I understand everyone needs a break at some point in time but you can always give yourself or your business a break any day , time or period in the year.
A lot of demand is created in people during the Christmas season and only those who see that the season is an opportunity benefit.
It's more or less like a path has been created and everyone must follow. I will suggest that you study your kind of business , find out the seasons you are most likely to make sales and discipline yourself to move in that line. Not every business benefits from the Christmas season though but have you sat down for once to study into your kind of business?
Business is not all about buying and selling. Business is all about serving your generation and that is the most important reason why you don't need to handle your business anyhow. You need to handle your business like a separate entity. If having a business is all about service, then you should be able to find out more about the people in your generation who needs you and when they need you.
The Christmas season isn't just 25th of . All of the month of December forms the Christmas season and so take advantage of it and stop following layed down paths because what the generation of yesterday needed can never be the same as what the generation of today needs.
